No. A full website is not required. Many clients use their media kit as their first serious authority asset. If you do have a website and branding, we’ll make sure your media kit feels consistent with it. If not, we’ll still create a clean, professional look that can become the foundation for future brand work.
Every project includes a strategy & positioning session, copy for your bios and topics, a web-based media kit page, a PDF version, and launch & pitch assets (email and DM templates you can use to get booked on podcasts and stages). You’ll also get revisions to make sure everything feels like you.
Our media kit projects for coaches & speakers typically land between $1,200–$2,000, depending on scope.
Right now we’re offering a limited launch rate starting at $700 for a small batch of clients, in exchange for using the project as a case study.
Hosting is $27/month, so your media kit stays live, fast and updated.
Most media kits are completed in about 10–14 days from the moment we have everything we need from you (photos, logos, key info, etc.). We’ll give you a clear timeline on the strategy call and keep you updated at each step.
On the call, we’ll review your current online presence, clarify what you want more of (stages, podcasts, clients), and outline what your media kit should include. If it’s a good fit, we’ll walk you through the recommended package, exact investment and next steps. If it’s not the right time, you’ll still leave with clarity on what to improve.
